In order to provide our customers with the highest quality alloys, we use only “LME GRADE ” SHG (special high grade – 99.995% minimum purity). Other metals (Al, Pb, Sn, Mg, Ni) are added to produce specification alloy as per customers Standards demands in terms of size and packing. Ingot bundles are inventoried on standard metal alloy leggings or wooden pallets.

Our AMBICA Make above master alloys are mainly used for rapid increases in the Aluminum or other substitutes levels without interfering with the coating process or the fundamental bath contents in hot dip galvanizing. Furthermore, the standard Aluminum or other substitutes concentrations in a hot dip galvanizing bath can be successfully adjusted by the use of Master Alloys, to accommodate important variations needed by different processes. It dissolves very fast and homogeneously in your galvanizing zinc bath. The approx. 7 kg waffles we produce can easily be broken into smaller pieces enabling a perfect dosage according to your needs.
